Fall Event SeriesGRAPHIC DESIGN, BRANDING
A set of posters designed for UCLA AUD’s Event Series, featuring 15 unique “buildings” inspired by the most notable projects by each lecturer.
Drawing inspiration from the incredible work done by many of the visiting lecturer’s who were included in this year’s lecture series, the poster series was used to advertise for AUD’s Event Series, both in digital and in print.
Featured as Archinect’s 1st place winner for the “Get Lectured” Poster Series

THE POSTER
PROCESS
Drawing from each architect’s most iconic projects, key visual motifs were extracted and integrated them into three-dimensional numerals representing the event dates. Prioritizing recognizability, cohesion, and readability, I developed a system where architectural elements were abstracted yet still evocative of their source material. The result is a dynamic and visually engaging series that balances playfulness with clarity, reinforcing UCLA AUD’s design language.
SKETCHES + IDEATION
Using Rhino3D and Adobe Illustrator, sketches were created in plan over a Helvetica numeral to maintain visual consistency. Multiple iterations were tested before landing on the final design.
